My name is Tyrone Norwood, and I am the Owner/President of Norwood Consulting Group. I founded this company to leverage my success and experience as an executive recruiter combined with my writing (Certified Professional Resume Writer) and technology (internet search techniques, SEO, social media expert) skill set to assist focused and proactive jobseekers in attaining their next-level career objectives. My background is in sales and marketing and stems from my BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. I have extensive experience in the business of talent acquisition and career consulting from my concurrent position in the executive search world as a recruiter-- where I have spent the last several years. This time has given me the opportunity to work very closely with many decision-makers and hiring managers and candidates to find the “perfect fit”. In going through this process several times over, it has also made me an expert in knowing what aspects make a candidate stand out and make them more likely to get interviews and subsequently hired.
